One Local Chimney

One Local Chimney is an owner-operated chimney and fireplace company serving Dallas-Fort Worth. Licensed and insured. Every job is done by the owner - the same person who inspects your chimney is the one who repairs it. No crews, no rotating technicians, no commission-based salespeople. I photograph the damage from your roof and show it to you on screen before I quote anything. You see the problem before you hear a price, and you get the estimate in writing. If a repair is not needed, I will tell you so. Services include chimney sweeping and cleaning, chimney repair, crown repair and rebuilding, chimney caps and flashing, chimney liners, dampers, smoke chamber repair, waterproofing, fireplace repair and installation, gas fireplace service, gas log installation, gas fire pit repair, and dryer vent cleaning. Free inspection. Free written estimate. Written warranty on all work. Rated 5.0 on Google.
